Established in May 2007 by A. Ravichandran (Secretary, Kallakurichi District Chess Association)
Kallai Chess Academy was the first chess academy for kids in Kallakurichi. For over 15 years, we have been successfully coaching kids and promoting the game of chess.
We believe that chess, an ancient game originating from India, helps develop strategic thinking, patience, and problem-solving skills in children.
